Does your boss claim your work as their own?
Do you have a bully at work? This app will help you name and claim what’s going on.
Do you need and want more respect? Do you wish people would listen to you more or treat you with more courtesy? Then check out this Stop Workplace Bullying App.
We have created a FREE Android Quiz App to help you if you are having issues at work. This app helps you name and claim what sort of boss or coworker you have, (aside from assoholic, I mean, WHAT ELSE MAN?) and often naming can just sort of get you on the right path to doing something useful about it.
If you’ve been reading this blog for any length of time, you’ll know that I’m very definite on helping you empower yourself in your nonprofit workplace, whether it’s talking about what’s holding you back, stopping workaholism, asking the interview questions to see if your boss is a bully, or what to do when you have an abusive boss.
We saw that there were lots of apps on the android store for people who are really interested in pummeling their bosses, in throwing poo at their bosses, in general just getting out their aggression, and we thought, well, what about the people that are a little more… studied in their approach to workplace conflict? What about people who would like to… resolve it?
So then we decided that we wanted to make an app for that kind of person. If you ARE that kind of person, read on.
Everyone deserves dignity and respect in the workplace. If you’ve ever had a difficult boss or co-worker, this app is for you.
Stop Workplace Bullying is a free quiz app built on Dr. Robert Fuller’s book “Somebodies and Nobodies”. When you take this quiz, you can start to recognize the type of difficult person you’re dealing with. There are several types of abusive bosses and this app helps you name and claim what’s going on.
In the FULL version of the App, you can also read useful advice on how to deal with each different kind of abusive boss, and resources to help you figure out what to do next.
If this sounds useful to you, then you can go HERE to get The Stop Workplace Bullying App.
It’s different than the other apps that we’ve made so far, because we felt that a quiz would be more useful than a checklist.
Thank you for reading, and if you’ve gotten it and want to leave a comment, question, or suggestion for a new feature that would be useful, please leave a comment below!
If you don’t have an android, well, we’re working on the iPhone version. And if you have neither, here are some posts if you are into getting more R-E-S-P-E-C-T at work, at home, at school, in a healthcare setting, or anywhere:
